The customer has the right to request an exchange or return only if there is a defect or malfunction in the product, within 24 hours of receipt. After completing the order, we will contact you via WhatsApp and send a video of the actual product. If it does not meet expectations, the full amount will be refunded without any fees. The product does not include any warranty after receipt. The order cannot be modified after confirmation, so please review all details carefully before completing. Order can be canceled within only 24 hours from the time of order, with a refund after deducting: 5% payment and service fees Shipping fee (130 riyals) non-refundable In case the product is out of stock, we will contact you to choose an alternative or refund the full amount without any fees. The duration of refund to the bank card depends on the bank’s policy, usually ranging from two to 14 working days. All products are made to order, and there is no ready stock available. Expected shipping time is from 10 to 19 days under normal conditions.
